The 2003 data for WHISPER now online and can be plotted with any of the WHISPER plots. This brings the WHISPER coverage up from the beginning of 2001 to the end of 2003.

You can now plot RAPID, WHISPER, and WBD (Wideband) data from
the plot tab! You will also notice that the plot menu has
changed to encompass the new data products. Hopefully,
you will find it easier to use in its more compact form.
