A PEACE instrument is flying on each of the four Cluster spacecraft,
which were launched in the summer of 2000. A Plasma Electron
And Current Experiment instrument can measure the three
dimensional velocity distribution of electrons in a space plasma,
for an energy range from 1eV to 25 keV.
The PI Institution for the PEACE
instrument is the Mullard Space Science Laboratory,
University College London, in the U.K.

This web site provides plots of data from the ESA-NASA
Cluster mission to support data browsing and event
selection. The Cluster-PEACE Team have provided high time
resolution PEACE data from all four Cluster spacecraft for
that purpose. With approval from the PEACE PI, PEACE data
may also be downloaded from here. Furthermore, the
web site and underlying system design is compatible with
the addition of data from other Cluster instruments.
